We had an amazing experience with Martel Plumbing & Heating. Every person we worked with—Marc, Kyle, Jake, Skylar, Sway, Jacob, and Anthony—was skilled, professional, and thoughtful. We had an energy-efficient boiler installed to replace our old cast-iron one, and Jake, Skylar and Sway did an incredible job. I never knew a boiler could look ✨ so good! ✨ They worked efficiently and made every effort to get us back up and running quickly, especially since both of our little ones were home from daycare due to a snow day. After the installation, they left everything spotless. From the initial consultation to install day, they were always on time—if not early. The team was knowledgeable, walked me through the new system, and answered all my questions. They even came back a couple of weeks later when I had additional questions. Also, should out to the ladies in the office for answering all my questions/calls throughout this process. We loved working with Martel and couldn't be happier with our new system!

Great experience with the Martel Plumbing & Heating! Had a new Buderus oil boiler and indirect hot water heater installed by Chris and Tyler- they were excellent. Very professional, answered all of my questions, and did excellent work. Working with Kyle and the team for set up was a breeze and they honored their 100% customer guarantee to fix the size water heater installed. I’d recommend Martel for heating needs, for sure! Fair, professional and skilled. I have had Martel complete a natural gas/hot water tank replacement, as well as a rough ins for a bathroom remodel and a cast iron pipe replacement. They never leave a mess, complete the work in a timely manner and the communication between the office staff/sales/service is always seamless and professional. Highly recommend and wouldn’t have any other plumbing company working on my home.

Martel, and the team, did an incredible job. The other companies wanted to provide a quick fix, mixing new with old. Martel replaced my entire heating system. Not easy with small crawl space, dealing with condo association, and cutting out a wall to run the lines then replacing the wall with new paint job. Over the top including a 10+ hour work day on Saturday to finish. 100% recommend Martel and you will also.

Martel were commensurate professionals throughout the entire installation process. Always available for Q&A, this interaction was key to establishing a good relationship based on trust, respect and professionalism. All staff possessed the skill and attention to detail that are necessary for my discerning eye, the final product was completed on time, within budget and to an exceptional level of detailed workmanship. Wow! Ryan T. And Anthony are legit! They know their stuff. My HVAC was done by Martel 3-4 years ago. That was top notch. This time I had a water main upgrade and a 40-gallon water heater replacement with “The Works”. While they were at it, I had them replace my water spigot with a new shut-off. They had everything done while I was at work. My wife came home about half way through the work. Once they were done, they were very helpful and explained everything in full detail to be sure my wife felt comfortable with the work. We can’t recommend them enough. Martel is the way to go for your plumbing and heating needs!

We are so thankful to have found Martel Plumbing and Heating. From the initial phone call throughout the estimate process and the work performed, all interactions were extremely friendly and professional. We had a new hot water heater installed and a bathroom shower fixed. Pricing was very fair and the recommendations and work performed was timely and well done. They went above and beyond compared to all other companies that we were considering. We will definitely be using Martel for all future plumbing and heating needs and would recommend them to anyone.
